The process begins with superior home designs that are innovative and attractive. Design advantages and standard features in our homes include soaring cathedral ceilings with open floor plans, secondary staircases, lavish master bedrooms & bathrooms, 42-inch kitchen cabinets, and custom millwork. Our homes are constructed with quality materials such as Anderson Windows, pre-engineered floor systems and poured concrete foundation systems. Low maintenance exterior construction and energy efficient mechanical systems will pay dividends to the homeowner for years to come.
Palmer Developers, LLC offers the buyer every opportunity to personalize their home as they "see fit". We realize that today's homebuyer want many changes and extras. The homebuyer is offered a wide variety of selections and choices for the exterior, kitchens, bathrooms and all other areas of their home. All of our homes receive personal attention to detail. An on-site project manager is at the job every day during the construction and managing the subcontractors. The benefit of this is the buyer deals with only one senior manager, and a builder that is available seven days a week if needed.
Our relationship does not end at the settlement table. We come back for a one-year post settlement follow-up to correct any problems that might occur from the home's settling.
